Comments about Silk Pure Almond Milk: For a variety of reasons, I have stopped drinking regular cow milk. I needed an alternative to still get a good source of calcium and other vitamins without having to take a bunch of supplements or eat pounds of green vegetables. I tried Silk Pure Almond and I was hooked. It tastes great on its own but is also fantastic in smoothies. It is made with quality ingredients and provides you with essential nutrients for your everday life.
I'm glad I found a healthier and more natural alternative to cow milk. Comments about Silk Pure Almond Milk: I don't like dairy milk at all. I hate the way it smells, the way it is thick, and the fact that it came from a cows utters.
When I did drink dairy milk I would get a bit of an upset stomach. Because of those factors I tried Silk Almond Milk out and I love it!
It is so refreshing and I feel that using it instead of dairy milk is a healthier choice. I tried Silk's soy milk but it has a weird flavor and I don't like it in my cereal so I figured Silk Almond Milk is my favorite and now I always buy it. I love the flavor of it.
It doesn't overpower my cereal. I always buy the original flavor so I can drink it with cookies or any other sweets and use it to make milk shakes. I also like the fact that it lasts long in the refrigerator. Regular dairy milk lasts a little while but Silk Almond Milk can last a couple weeks before it expires. It's so good that I actually use it all up though during the first week I buy it. Comments about Silk Pure Almond Milk: After being told to avoid dairy as much as possible by my general practitioner, I decided to switch to 'non-dairy' dairy. I tried soy milk at first because my sister recommended it (dairy sensitivities run in the family) and I didn't really like the flavor of soy milk, even the vanilla kind.
So, I tried almond milk and I love it. I like nuts, so having the milk have a nutty zing to it is tasty, and also a bit interesting. You can also get the Silk Almond Milk in other flavors like vanilla and chocolate! I bake with almond milk and it goes really well with cereal (especially Honey Nut Cheerios or any of the Kashi cereals with nuts). Not only is Almond milk healthier, but in my opinion it is tastier. The ONLY downside to almond milk is that a carton doesn't last as long as cow's milk; they have to be drank within 7-10 days after opening.

You will never know if you don't like it, if you don't try it! Comments about Silk Pure Almond Milk: I have been drinking almond milk for quite a while now! I stopped drinking dairy milk a while back and was looking for an alternative to soy, because I was reading up on it and a few websites said it was bad. I wasn't lactose intolerant or anything, I just thought milk wasn't very good for your body. I thought I was out of luck until a friend recommended I tried some almond milk, and luckily I did. It was creamy and delicious plus it had twice and much calcium than dairy milk and 40 fewer calories per serving.
It also came in a nice carton that fit well in y refrigerator. It tastes very surprisingly creamy with a hint of sweet and nutty. I have felt great since I stopped drinking milk. I would recommend this to people who are lactose intolerant and kids, they love it! Even if you are not lactose intolerant, you should get this, it tastes amazing, even better than airy milk!

Silk is my second favorite brand of almond milk, behind Almond Breeze, but it is certainly still a wonderful option. It is also very affordably priced, and you can even buy quart servings that don't have to be refrigerated before opening, so you can stock up when they are on sale. A great product.
Comments about Silk Pure Almond Milk: I fell in love with almond milk from the first sip, and Silk is my favorite brand by far. I prefer to buy Silk's Unsweetened Vanilla 30 calorie almond milk because not only is it satisfying and delicious, it's also lower in sugar than regular milk. The Vanilla flavor adds just the right amount of taste to this milk so that it can be enjoyed alone in a glass, or combined with other ingredients in a smoothie or even in desserts and entrees. Silk also offers a Chocolate flavor, but I wasn't really impressed with that one. It really didn't have a chocolate taste at all when enjoyed alone in a glass. But I'm sure it would have been a nutritious alternative for smoothies and goodies. But in my opinion, simply using the Vanilla flavor and adding a tablespoon or two of Cocoa is just as healthy and much tastier!
I also prefer to use the Vanilla flavored almond milk on cereal and in oatmeal, because I find I don't have to add sweetener. I personally am not vegan, but I have family members who are, and they've been impressed with Silk Almond Milk as a dairy alternative as well!
